How do I place an order?
You can submit an inquiry via the contact form on our website. After this, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your date and ask for 50% deposit. The other 50% will be due 1 week before event.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is included in the package price if the location is within 20 miles of zip code: 63141. If your event is outside of the delivery zone, a $100 delivery fee will be applied.
Can flower walls or signage be rented for outdoor events?
In general, we do not offer flower walls for rental for outdoor events. Signage is available for rental for both indoor and outdoor events! In the event of rain, we ask that the sign be under cover.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we will offer a non-profit discount for any 501c3 fundraising event. Please reach out to us to discuss further.
Do you offer any packages?
If you book 3 or more items you will receive a 10% discount.
What is the duration of the rental?
The rented items will be available for the duration of your event. A pickup time will be agreed upon between the client and Poppy Event Rentals.
